Boston Whaler seems unsinkable once more

April 22, 2014

I've owned several Boston Whalers and I've always been happy with my purchase. Foam-filled hulls with a lot of hype about their ability to stay afloat even when sawed in half. I've seen them swamped from large waves within the Caribbean and resting gently for months while on the dock, and they've all performed just as expected.

Boston Whaler has just released the stats on the new 420 Outrage line. It's designed to be an entertainment profile boat with the same characteristics of the other boats within its stable of offerings. It will be equipped with the ability to handle 4 Yamaha 300 Verado engines for power and a linked joystick for boating maneuvers near the dock.

This is a new direction where comfort and convenience are more important than a performance functions more suited to ranger or military or state agency boats. You friends at look forward to test driving one of these boats in Early summer!
