The app developers say that for the beginning boater "this app provides an extensive introduction to all aspects of boating," for the experienced boater it is "a great reference and memory jogger", and is also valuable for "everyone who wants to make their boating safer and more enjoyable".

Reviewers agree that this is one of the most extensive and in depth boating apps available on the market today. Even seasoned boaters that have years worth of knowledge and experience will find themselves using this often.
