| Price reduced!!!!rn The San Remo is a great choice for cruising or liveaboard. The huge salon makes a great living or entertaining space. The bridge is also very large, with generous seating for all your guests. It's lines are low and sleek, despite the roomy interior provided by the raised house configuration. It's a very comfortable, spacious and stylish double cabin motor yacht indeed. And thanks to prop pockets, it has the added bonus of a very reasonable 3'2" draft. This one has been on freshwater lakes all it's life. It's even been under cover almost it's entire life. Current owner has made many upgrades, and pride of ownership shows. Call anytime to take a look at this former Wellcraft showboat. Owner will consider taking a Harley or street rod in trade! Accommodations Step up from the swim platform onto the sundeck. A large bench seat and wet bar make this an ideal area for relaxing. Stepping down into the salon, there are new ultra leather Flexsteel sofas to port and starboard. One of the sofas converts to a double berth for guests. Very nice! New track lighting has been installed, and helps to make the salon feel very spacious. A TV and Yamaha CD stereo system to port provide entertainment. Very nicely decorated, and there is new carpet both in the salon and both staterooms. Separating the salon and galley areas, there is a breakfast bar with liquor cabinet below, which provides very good counter space. Another wet bar is located in the aft port corner of the salon. Two steps down is a very nice, bright galley with all of the expected conveniences, and lots of counter and cabinet space. To port in the galley area are a central vac system and a combo washer/dryer unit. Forward of the galley, the forward stateroom provides a centerline queen V berth with good storage under. There is also a vanity area with seating that swings out to the vanity. There is a TV, hanging locker with storage for a nice boarding ladder, and private access to the forward head/shower. Moving aft to the master stateroom, there is a offset queen island berth with storage under, a large tinted window inset into the transom allows for watching activities on the water, a large cedar lined hanging locker, a TV and stereo system, lighting along the under edge of the bed, and a vanity/desk area to starboard with a nice seating area. And, of course, a head with separate shower and tub for the owners, as well as a molded in vanity and sink. The fully enclosed bridge is accessed via molded steps from the sundeck, and there is seating for everyone! A large bench seat aft and an even larger bench seat to port provide more than enough room for all of your guests. Good storage here as well.
