"This 38' Present Motor Yacht has classic style and modern accommodations. Whether you are planning a day on water, a weekend get-away, or a cruise to the islands, Preferred Stock is ready to accommodate your every dream. She features a flybridge, sun deck, large open salon, and two staterooms to insure room, comfort, and convenience.On deck we start at the top on the flybridge with its' blue bimini top and full Isinglass enclosure. The centerline helm station is forward and well equipped with forward looking sonar, Furuno radar, a Ritchie compass, Garmin-75 GPS, Datamarine depth finder, and a VHF marine radio; her plentiful seating consists of a captain's chair at the helm, with companion seating to port, and behind the helm seat to starboard. A molded stairway aft leads below to the carpeted sun deck, which has a hard top. A table and chairs provides a place to relax, have great conversations, enjoy a few beverages, or dine in the tropical salt air. The stainless steel grill is at hand for a bit of outdoor cooking if one so desires; overhead rod holders insure a chance of a fresh catch of the day. A large deck box keeps everything you need at hand and out of sight. A stainless steel ladder with teak steps to starboard lead below to the swim platform. A dinghy with Nissan 9.9-hp outboard will take to shallow water and beaches. Side decks lead forward from the sundeck to a foredeck with bow pulpit with dual anchors. Port side companionway leads into the salon.The salon is bright, airy, and inviting. Continual renovations have kept her fresh and contemporary with trawler-like comfort. As you enter the salon you will at first notice a lot of natural lighting, an open, airy feeling, beautiful teakwood bulkheads, twin barrel chairs port side with an entertainment center that includes: A Sansui color television/DVD/VCR-combination, an RCA stereo system, and a liquor cabinet forward. To starboard is an L-shaped settee with a teak dining table; her lower helm is forward of the dining table to starboard, which will allow her Captain to run the vessel from below decks as well as up above on the flybridge. Whether enjoying quiet time alone, or entertaining friends, the salon is designed to make you feel completely at home. The galley is forward, down to the port side, and features a full-sized Norcold refrigerator/freezer, Princess three-burner range with oven, GE microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender, stainless steel double sinks, and parquet floor. There are two, walk-around, centerline queen staterooms, and two heads. The forward guest stateroom features an island queen berth with custom mattress and designer bedding. The cabin has high gloss teak paneling and grass cloth wallpaper with full length shelving to each side with cabinets above. Two hanging lockers and under-berth drawer storage means you can bring more than you need. The guest head has new Jabsco toilet, a vanity with a marble sink, a mirror"
