| AccommodationsrnThe "Plan B" layout features the more traditional design that appeals to many owners. rnrnForward is an owners stateroom with a large V - Berth that has the filler inset that dismounts and serves as a seat. Storage to starboard includes a set of four drawers vertically stacked and adjoining a large hanging locker. rnTo port, a hanging locker provides additional storage. A door to the head opens from the forward cabin. Two opening ports and an overhead hatch provide ventilation and light. rnrnJust aft to port, the head has another door that opens to the salon passageway. The head has plenty of space, not cramped, and has a sink, marine head, H&C pressure water and shower, storage cabinets, vanity and opening port and hatch. rnrnOpposite the head, a large hanging locker with shelf above is forward of the settee. To port, a 6' settee provides another berth. Under both port and starboard settees, three large drawers store lots of "stuff". A sizeable shelf is above each settee. The bulkhead mounted table on the port forward bulkhead folds down and opens to allow dining seating on both sides. A set of shelves is on the bulkhead, to which the table folds up and out of the way. rnrnSix opening stainless steel ports and an overhead hatch are in the salon area. rnrnThe galley is aft of the starboard settee and is well equipped, spacious and has plenty of storage. The sinks are on centerline, aft near the companionway ladder. One opening port is in the galley area. rnrnThe forward facing nav station is opposite the galley. A large chart table with storage tray underneath, three drawers, storage shelves and room for instruments make this a practical and traditiional nav ststion. rnrnThe spacious quarterberth is aft of the nav ststion; a great storage area when additional sleeping berths are not required. rnrnThroughout the boat, the hull sides are dressed with slatted teak. The interior teak is in excellent condition, as is the upholstery. rnrn rnrnGalleyrnDouble stainless steel sinks rnHot and cold pressure water rnAmple counter space rnLots of storage cabinets and shelves rn Norcold AC/DC refrigerator installed new in 2004 rnGalley Maid 3 burner propane stove with oven rn rn rnrnElectronicsrnAutohelm 3000 autopilot rnHorizon Eclipse VHF rn Garmin GPS 75 rnSpeed, Depth, Wind, cockpit bulkhead mounted rn rn rnrnElectricalrnFour Trojan 105 6V batteries, new '06 rnLink 10 battery monitor rnElectrical AC/DC panel rnBattery selector switch rn110v system w/ outlets rn50' shore power cord rn rn rnrnDeck and Hull EquipmentrnAll ports replaced with stainless steel ports in 1999 Teak bowsprit with double anchor rollers rnCQR 35# anchor; 25' chain; 15' rode rnDanforth spare rnSimpson Lawrence manual windlass rnBow and stern rails rnDouble lifelines w/port and starboard boarding gates rnStern swim/boarding ladder rnRaised toe rails rnTeak handrails on coachroof rnCockpit speakers rnWindex at mastheaad rnDorades for ventilation rnrnrn Dodger rnBimini rnDavits ( not installed) rnWheel steering rnPedestal w/5" Galaxy compass rnCockpit table w/drink holder rnPropane BBQ on stern rail rnWind scoop rn rn rnrnMechanical & Engine RoomrnPerkins 4108 diesel rnFuel tank new 2005 rnFresh water pump new 1/06 rnEngine water intake pump, new 1/05 rnManual and electric bilge pumps rnHot water heater, electric and engine rnPhone rnHolding tank w/Y valve rntwo fans in salon rn rn rnrnSails and RiggingrnHarken 1.5 genoa furling system rnNorth 130% rnYankee 100% rnMainsail, full battened, 2 reef points rnMainsail cover rnMain halyard and reefing lines new '06 rnJib and spinnaker halyard rnFixed backstay rnRemovable inner forestay rnTopping lift rn Aluminum mast; single spreader rnSpreader deck lights rnKenyon aluminum boom with new gooseneck rnShrouds outboard rnDoyle Stackpack rnLazy Jacks new 2006 rnLewmar 40ST primaries rnLewmar 8 on mast (2) rn rn rnrnBrokers CommentsrnThe slip at Clearwater Municipal Marina is transferrable to the new owner ! rn rnrnDisclaimerrnThe Company offers the details of this vessel in good faith but cannot guarantee or warrant the accuracy of this information nor warrant the condition of the vessel.
